NEW Chamber Officers & Directors The Whitehall Chamber of Commerce held elections at its December 1, 2011 meeting at BB's Sports Arena. Officer positions for election include President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Three Board of Directors positions are also open. The results are as follows: Kristi Wilson: President; Vice President: Gretchen Ressler; Treasurer: Cheryl Cheman; Board of Directors: Don Chlebeck, Bonnie Himes and Lisa Graham. Rounded out the Board and the roster of officers are Secretary: Ann Geiger and Ex-Officio President: Liz Kidwell. What's there to do in Whitehall? It might be easier to answer the question, what’s there not to do? The Whitehall area is rich in its quality of life, sense of community and quality of place. A ranching and mining community located in the heart of three mountain ranges, Whitehall caters to a variety of interests through its unique shopping experiences to it annual locally sponsored events. People talk about our fabulous mountain views, access to numerous fishing sites, accessibility to the "big cities" while everything needed is available locally. The Chamber's Mission The Whitehall Chamber of Commerce strives to promote Whitehall and it's businesses to the highest ability, creating and revamping annual events that are fun for the whole family, as well as developing Whitehall into a place people want to visit, as well as live. The Chamber is in charge of most of Whitehall's major events including Whitehall Annual Frontier Days, NRA Rodeo, Christmas Stroll, Business Expo, Bucking Horse Futurity and more. The Chamber is always looking for new ideas to add to its annual events, as well as new events to showcase Whitehall and its businesses in a different way.
